Affordable Laser Replacement Parts

   We have replacements for the dye cell and flow tube.  Our flow tubes are made out of borosilicate.  This material filters out the damaging ultra-violet frequencies to prevent damage to the dye as well as other head parts that are exposed to the high intensity flash lamp.  Our dye cells are made out of optical quality quartz that has been shrunk over our own high precision molybdenum mandrels to the proper internal diameter and double-ground on the outside to our exact specifications.  The quartz is then polished to be blemish free.  This machining provides a very accurate ID/OD and straight dye cell allowing for improved alignment and energy output.  The quartz dye cell is very durable and should provide a very long life.
